  1. Is there any problem with the operation of the Dreamcast itself?
    ·Please check if it happens with other Dreamcast software.
    In addition, please check whether it occurs also in other bodies such as shops.
    These phenomena are possibly caused by trouble of the main body.
    In that case, please contact Sega's "Dreamcast Support Center (TEL: 0120-258-254, Monday - Friday: 00:17:00)".

  2. Do you reproduce the problem?
    -Please check the conditions and reproduciblity that occur.
    For items that are difficult to reproduce, there is a possibility that there may be problems with your environment and the main unit.

  3. Is there dirt or scratches on the GD-ROM?
    ·Please check the GD-ROM (especially the reverse side).
    If there are dirt such as small scratches and fingerprints, it may work well.
    Please read the notes in the Manual (Table 2, Page 2) and try cleaning the disc.
